Approfondimento Stage

Da circa due decenni l’Istituto “Fusinieri” di Vicenza integra la propria offerta formativa (POF) con l’attività di stage, sia formativo-orientativi sia Post-diploma.

 

Finalità del progetto “STAGE FORMATIVI-ORIENTATIVI”

La finalità dello stage è di realizzare sinergie con il territorio per migliorare la qualità dell’offerta formativa e offrire agli studenti la possibilità di contatto con il mondo del lavoro per mettere in pratica e potenziare le conoscenze acquisite a scuola e per sviluppare capacità relazionali nell’ottica di orientare le proprie scelte future, agevolando la transizione dalla scuola al mondo del lavoro.

Tale attività è in genere rivolta agli alunni del quarto anno, che già possiedono buone conoscenze sulle attività cui saranno destinati ed hanno acquisito maggiore consapevolezza e sicurezza nei rapporti interpersonali.

In particolare, lo scopo per gli studenti è di:

  • permettere loro di valutare la propria preparazione rispetto alle richieste del mondo del lavoro;
  • consentire di misurare le proprie capacità nell'affrontare nuove realtà e adeguarsi a nuovi ambienti e procedure complesse;
  • favorire il processo di orientamento circa le scelte future, oltre il diploma.

Lo scopo per la nostra Scuola e i partner che accolgono i nostri studenti è di:

  • mettere in relazione scuola e mondo del lavoro;
  • consentire alle aziende di conoscere meglio il mondo della scuola;
  • permettere agli insegnanti di verificare la validità dei programmi in termini di conoscenze, di competenze e di capacità.

L'esperienza degli stage è stata particolarmente significa nell'a.s. 2010-2011 in quanto il monitoraggio effettuato ha fornito esiti particolarmente significativi.

Com’è andata nell’estate 2011?

La collega Lorella Bottazzo, quest’anno purtroppo impegnata in altra scuola, ha fatto un eccellente lavoro e l’estate scorsa ha collocato in stage ben 110 alunni di quarta, più qualche studente di terza.
Nella documentazione inviata ai partner che hanno accolto i nostri studenti, vi erano anche due questionari di valutazione dello stage, uno per il tutor aziendale e uno per lo stagista: circa il 60% dei questionari dei tutor aziendale e circa il 30% di quelli degli studenti sono stati restituiti alla sig.ra Patrizia della segreteria didattica.
I dati che si ricavano dai questionari tabulati sono molto lusinghieri per i nostri alunni e per la nostra scuola e incoraggianti per la disponibilità delle aziende e degli enti a proseguire la collaborazione anche in futuro.
