Premio Unione Nazionale Cavalieri d'Italia 2013 a Liliana Stratan

medaglia UNCIL' Associazione U.N.C.I. (Unione Nazionale dei Cavalieri d'Italia) è nata oltre un ventennio fa a Verona.
Tra gli scopi dell'Unione si ricordano:
- favorire la promozione e lo sviluppo di attività benefiche e filantropiche, umanitarie, culturali e turistiche;
- promuovere fra i Soci possibili ed adeguate forme di solidarietà ed assistenza secondo i principi della mutualità e della libertà, di spontanea e reciproca collaborazione, aiutare con borse di studio od altre iniziative i figli degli Insigniti bisognosi;
- prendere parte alla vita sociale partecipando al processo di animazione e rinnovamento della nostra società in una concezione pluralistica e democratica.

Nel corrente anno scolastico 2012-2013 la sezione vicentina dell'Unione Cavalieri d'Italia ha scelto di destinare un premio di 1000 euro a 6 studenti delle classi terminali, due provenienti dalla scuola secondaria di primo grado e quattro della scuola secondaria di secondo grado

Il premio è stato assegnato per meriti e condizioni sociali.

Tra di essi anche Liliana Stratan, studentessa frequentante la classe 5Bm dell'Istituto Fusinieri che ha dimostrato nel quinquennio notevole interesse e impegno conseguendo ottimi livelli di profitto.

La cerimonia si è svolta nella sala Stucchi di Palazzo Trissino a Vicenza alla presenza:
- del Presidente della sezione vicentina dell'Unione, dott. Vincenzo Riboni primario del Pronto Soccorso dell'Ospedale di Vicenza
- del Sindaco di Vicenza Achille Variati
- dell'Assessore all'Istruzione e neodeputato, on. Alessandra Moretti
