ASL - Informazioni Generali

L’alternanza scuola lavoro (ASL) è una strategia didattica che la legge 107/2015 ha inserito nell’offerta formativa di tutti gli indirizzi di studio della scuola secondaria di secondo grado, attraverso un percorso formativo obbligatorio che coinvolge gli studenti delle classi del secondo biennio e dell’ultimo anno, per un totale di almeno 400 ore negli istituti tecnici e professionali e di almeno 200 ore nei licei.

Obiettivi dell’ASL, tra l’altro, sono:

- arricchire la formazione acquisita nei percorsi scolastici;

- favorire l’orientamento dei giovani;

- realizzare un collegamento tra istituzioni scolastiche e mondo del lavoro.

Pertanto l’ASL si propone di accrescere la motivazione allo studio e di guidare i giovani alla scoperta delle vocazioni personali, arricchendo la formazione scolastica con l’acquisizione di competenze maturate attraverso l’esperienza operativa.

I percorsi di ASL sono progettati e attuati sulla base di apposite convenzioni stipulate dall’istituzione scolastica con le imprese, o con le rispettive associazioni, o con gli enti pubblici, o con studi professionali, disponibili ad accogliere gli studenti per periodi di apprendimento che non costituiscono rapporto di lavoro

Con la legge 107/2015 la progettazione dei percorsi in alternanza assume una dimensione triennale, configurandosi come un percorso unico e articolato che le istituzioni scolastiche devono inserire nel PTOF.

L’intero percorso formativo di alternanza scuola lavoro può svolgersi attraverso una pluralità di attività di integrazione con il mondo del lavoro:

- incontri con esperti;

- visite aziendali;

- ricerca sul campo;

- simulazione d’impresa;

- progetti d’imprenditorialità;

- tirocini.

L’inserimento degli studenti nei contesti operativi può essere organizzato, tutto o in parte, nell’ambito dell’orario annuale del piano di studi oppure nei periodi di sospensione dell’attività didattica.

Lo studente durante il percorso formativo viene seguito da un docente tutor interno e da un tutor formativo esterno che insieme programmano, monitorano e verificano le attività svolte.

Il percorso di ASL si conclude con la valutazione dell’attività svolta e delle competenze acquisite dallo studente, i risultati vengono sintetizzati nella certificazione finale delle competenze che deve essere acquisita entro la data dello scrutinio di ammissione agli esami di stato. Sulla base di tale certificazione il Consiglio di classe procede:

- alla valutazione degli esiti delle attività di ASL e della loro ricaduta sugli apprendimenti disciplinari e sul voto di condotta;

all’attribuzione dei crediti ai sensi del D.M. 429/2000.
