Alternanza Scuola Lavoro a.s. 2015-2016

Per la progettazione, la gestione e la realizzazione dell’alternanza scuola lavoro, l’ITE “A. Fusinieri” di Vicenza, all’inizio dell’a.s. 2015/2016, ha costituito una commissione composta dai docenti proff. Faccioli Francesco, Lorella Bottazzo, Lorena Xompero, a cui, a partire dal primo dicembre 2015, si è aggiunto il prof. Pietro Gaetano.

Dopo una prima fase di studio e approfondimento della normativa è stato ideato il progetto, denominato “Dalle aule del Fusinieri al mondo del lavoro”, in cui si sono definiti contesto, obiettivi, destinatari, attività, risorse, fasi, tempi, luoghi e valutazione.

Il progetto è stato presentato, in due diversi incontri che si sono tenuti presso l’aula magna della scuola, alle famiglie degli studenti coinvolti e ai soggetti ospitanti che vi hanno aderito stipulando le convenzioni.

La sua realizzazione è stata resa possibile grazie alla collaborazione, con l’istituzione scolastica, di imprese private, enti pubblici, studi professionali e associazioni che si sono impegnate, attraverso la stipulazione delle convenzioni, di accogliere gli studenti per un periodo di formazione di 5 settimane presso le loro strutture.

 

L’attività di formazione esterna è stata preceduta da seminari di formazione a scuola con esperti del mondo del lavoro:

1)  agenzie per il lavoro con la collaborazione di Confindustria Vicenza.

I tirocini presso le strutture ospitanti si sono svolti in due fasi:

- dallo 01/02/2016 al 5/02/2016 e dal 30/05/2016 al 24/06/2016 per gli studenti della classe III A;

- dal 23/05/2016 al 24/06/2016 per gli studenti di tutte le altre classi terze.

 

In relazione alle attività svolte dai soggetti ospitanti e alla loro natura giuridica, si sono delineati tre diversi percorsi di formazione ASL:

- percorso TRIBUNALE in cui sono stati impegnati 31 studenti;

- percorso COMUNI che ha coinvolto 27 studenti;

- percorso AZIENDE, STUDI PROFESSIONALI, ASSOCIAZIONI che ha coinvolto 89 studenti.
