La Nuova ECDL

PERCHE’ UNA NUOVA L’ECDL

Dal  1997 ad oggi l’ECDL è diventata una certificazione riconosciuta a livello nazionale e internazionale. Da allora molte cose sono cambiate.

Lo scenario digitale a livello mondiale si è profondamente modificato.

La straordinaria diffusione di dispositivi mobili, la possibilità di utilizzare applicazioni remote e di memorizzare anche i propri dati in rete, l'uso “sociale” delle tecnologie hanno modificato le connotazioni dei principali attori del mercato e il loro modo di competere.

E’ nata quindi dall'esigenza di aggiornare ed integrare i programmi ECDL, al fine di creare maggiore competenza, rendere più attuali i contenuti, più flessibile l'approccio, più internazionale il quadro di insieme.

La definizione “nuova ECDL” sottolinea la discontinuità con la struttura del programma in vigore in precedenza.

In passato erano stati introdotti semplici aggiornamenti di versione (dal Syllabus 3 al 4, poi dal 4 all'attuale Syllabus 5).

La versione proposta oggi non comporta un aggiornamento simultaneo dei contenuti dei soliti sette moduli, dato che tutti i moduli “Office” vengono confermati validi; vengono invece completamente rivisti gli altri tre moduli.

PASSAGGIO DALLA VECCHIA ALLA NUOVA ECDL

Grazie agli accordi siglati recentemente con la Fondazione ECDL di Dublino, la scadenza del 31 Dicembre 2014 come data ultima per commutare, a titolo gratuito, le skills card ECDL Core in skills card Nuova Ecdl, viene rimossa.
I candidati ECDL Core potranno quindi completare gli esami previsti nel periodo di validità della loro skills card e, se vorranno passare alla Nuova Ecdl, lo potranno fare senza acquistare una nuova skills card secondo le regole attualmente vigenti.
