Stage Post-diploma

Il progetto rientra nell'ambito dei progetti di orientamento al mondo del lavoro e delle professioni. Realizzato in collaborazione con le aziende del territorio, è rivolto a quegli studenti neo-diplomati che intendono usufruire di una esperienza di tirocinio lavorativo assistito dalla scuola. Il Progetto Nell'ambito dei progetti di orientamento al mondo del lavoro e delle professioni, questo istituto organizza attività di stage-tirocinio per ragionieri neo-diplomati, coinvolgendo le aziende del territorio (aziende private, pubbliche e studi professionali). Il progetto è rivolto a quegli studenti neo-diplomati che intendono usufruire di una esperienza di tirocinio lavorativo assistito dalla scuola. In merito alle condizioni di realizzazione dello stage si precisa quanto segue:
  1. Il progetto prevede la definizione di programmi di lavoro/apprendimento, da concordare fra un responsabile (tutor) scolastico e un tutor aziendale.
  2. Il rapporto tirocinante/azienda non si configura come rapporto di lavoro ma come proseguimento dell'attività formativa.
  3. Il compito di assistenza ai tirocinanti durante lo stage è affidato al personale dipendente dell'azienda e in particolare al tutor; un docente sarà incaricato di verificare l'andamento dell'esperienza.
  4. Verranno definiti con l'azienda accordi relativi alle modalità per permettere ai tirocinanti di usufruire dei servizi aziendali (trasporti, mensa) e una somma da corrispondere a titolo di "Borsa di studio".
  5. I tirocinanti saranno coperti da assicurazione a carico della scuola.
    6. Per ogni eventuale infortunio in azienda o durante il tragitto abitazione luogo di formazione, i rapporti con le Compagnie assicuratrici saranno tenuti direttamente dalla scuola. Nessun onere contributivo a carico dell'azienda.
  6. La durata massima dello stage, stabilita dalla legge, è di sei mesi.
  7. Le richieste da parte degli studenti possono essere effettuate entro il 18 mese dal conseguimento del diploma.
